For school closure, delayed opening, early dismissal, and after-school-activity cancellations due to weather, TSMV follows Fairfax County Public Schools' decisions. FCPS Website
If Trinity School makes a decision other than that made by Fairfax County, you will be notified by e-mail and by the One Call Now automated phone call system.
In the event of a one-hour delayed opening, the Trinity School day will begin at 9:30 a.m. with second period classes. The school will open for drop off at 9 a.m.
In the event of a two-hour delayed opening, the Trinity School day will begin at 10:30 a.m. with third period classes; the school buildings will open at 10 a.m.
In any delayed opening situation, we will not hold morning prayer. Students report directly to the classroom.
Attendance is taken during the first class held that day.
Any student arriving after the start of class must report to the front desk, be signed in, and receive a Tardy Pass.
If Fairfax County or Trinity School dismisses classes early, all after-school activities, including athletic games and practices, are cancelled. You will receive an e-mail with the information, and the One Call Now system will send out the call.
We will update the online school calendar as soon as possible in these situations.
