Each year students spend one week working on specific projects. Project Week occurs in January, the same week when parents and faculty meet for semester evaluations. Although the students are not usually at school for their work, this week is counted as a school week. Completion of the project is necessary in order for sixth through tenth grade students to pass the course to which the project is linked. The faculty evaluates these projects and the 6th, 7th and 8th grade students put their projects on display during our Project Night for families and friends. Nine through eleventh grade students select research topics and write research papers. Each year, students learn more about how to research and write a complete research paper. Twelfth grade students engage in scientific research related to their Physics course.
